Create a source​

This endpoint has been deprecated and may be removed in future versions of the API.

Creates a new source object. A source is the physical location of a dataset such as a table in PostgreSQL, or topic in Kafka. A source enables the grouping of physical datasets to their physical source.

    source string required

    Possible values: <= 1024 characters

    The name of the source.

    The type of the source.

    connectionUrl URL required

    The URL to the location of the source.

    description string

    The description of the source.
